Third place went to the Red Flag Challengers and Bill. With their chances for a championship dashed the week before, so went Dave's club, the Shooters' effort in the 3rd place game. McNabb didn't show up and Manning did.
In the fifth place game Judd's Blue-Helmeted Stars put up one of its highest totals of the year in a crushing defeat of Jake's Two Minute Warning. It was Jake, however, that did ultimate damage to the Stars, knocking them out of the playoffs just two weeks ago.
Seventh place goes to Mike's Tough2Tackle club. After a fast start, Mike lost his bid for a playoff berth when Priest Holmes was injured. This week, however, he would knock off his sister, Shelly, and her Snails club, giving Mike a 2-1 season series win.
The final order of finish had Adam in first, Kevin in second, Bill in third, Dave in fourth, Judd in fifth, Jake in sixth, Mike in seventh, and Shelly in eighth.
In other notes, Shelly is rumored to be doing extensive research leading up to the fantasy baseball draft.
