One popular aspect of this site is the wide variety of photos we have. There are hundreds of photos on this site from years of wiffle ball. Even though the pictures often turn out the same -- same people, same angle, same result -- we get some different ones now and then. We now have a whole new dimension of photos, however. Someone, over at the Fark.com forums, took a photo of ours featuring Mike and turned it into
a Photoshop contest.
Starting with a simple profile-shot of Mike swinging and missing, photoshop hobbyists and professionals took the photo and doctored it or part of it to change the result, animate, or make a completely new situation.
The contest was discovered based on statistics that tell a webmaster which sites are linking to create hits at fvwbl.com.
