EVERYONE'S
A STAR ON THIS NIGHT
Sunday,
November 3rd
ROSEVILLE,
MINN. -- FVWBL Radio had only seen one play-by-play voice
in its history -- Adam Flaherty. Sunday night gave way
to the old voice as well as many new.
Over
the course of the two tournaments that were held, five different
play-by-play broadcasters and color commentators were heard.
For each of the new broadcasters a new flavor was present.
From
Jake's commercials to Mike's self-interviews to Adam's noise
descriptions, FVWBL fans will delight at the comical entertainment
for weeks to come.
"It's
unfortunate that there isn't enough server space to put all
of the broadcasts up," said Judd Berthiaume, the FVWBL.com
webmaster. "I have the difficult task of going
through the broadcasts and trying to figure out which broadcasts
we do have room for."
Berthiaume
also said that the broadcasts may be available on a rotating
basis making it possible for each broadcast to be heard but
without all of them available all of the time.
He also stated that no broadcasts are ever deleted and that
fans could request a CD with various FVWBL broadcasts on it
to listen on their home computer.
The next FVWBL event is not yet known, although bowling has
been the hot rumor going around. While a live broadcast
may not be possible, there will likely be a "FVWBL Bowling
Recap" show after the event is concluded.
