Greatest Wiffle
Ball Memory: Midnight Wiffle just after we chalked
the sidewalk only to have Judd come home in the middle,
so we ran away into the neighboring yards and watched Judd
run in circles around the house looking for us....Then I
ran into a tree.
Toughest Wiffle Ball Pitcher Faced: I've
never faced myself...who am I kidding? It's Becki
J. She's fierce.
Toughest Wiffle Batter Faced: Well, when
I used the Bisquick it got all chunky. I like it from
scratch. |
Best Wiffle
Advice Received: "I don't have any advice
because I've only played with the big red ones (bats)."
- Maria Verly, My Wiffle Ball Inept Roommate (That's all
I got for you. Because frankly (hahaha no pun intended)
I haven't received any advice and when asking for some that's
what I got. I'm at a loss her folks) Probably something
by Frank.
Best Wiffle Advice Given: "Watch out
for the tree!" |

himself. DUH! |
| What you'd
be doing if you weren't playing Wiffle:Watching
the Twins or out causing mischief.
Favorite Fashion Trend: Wearing socks
with thong sandals so your feet look like Ninja Turtles.
Superstitions: When it comes to wiffle
ball...none. But when it comes to the Twins, somebody's
gotta be wearing the Hocking Stocking and the visor...and
I need to have the Homer Hanky on my head.
Greatest Ambition: To spread the good
news about FVWBL everywhere I go.

| Frank's take:
Katie's involvement in official FVWBL events has been relatively
scarce, but that will change in 2003. She was a huge
advocate of events in 2002, but our president wasn't up
to the task of planning. She has shown great potential
in her few events -- especially on the hill. After
taking hours of batting practice on one 2002 summer afternoon,
it was apparent that her skills at the plate will rival
those of anyone else in 2003. Rumor has it she may
get some practice in over in Rome this winter. If
I ever get a free weekend for a scheduled FVWBL event, I'd
like to play with you, too, Mrosz. |
