Frank's take: Many people agree that Michelle is the toughest pitcher to hit in the FVWBL.  Her fastball clocks five to seven miles an hour faster than the next closest pitcher, and the pitch tails in on right-handers.  Shelly won the only official female home-run crown in FVWBL history with an enormous seven home-runs in 2001.  She sat out the 2002 season, however, and was missed.  The President is expected to bring her back in 2003.
